DESPATCH AND DELIVERY: Estimated despatch time will be provided within the information on each product. Please note that most single products are sent by standard Royal Mail post, with larger orders sent by courier. Non-receipt of items must be notified in writing by email to us within 14 days of despatch notification email. We cannot consider claims notified after this time. RETURNS POLICY: All items will be engraved to your instructions. Please enter details carefully! Please send us a separate email to confirm your instructions, if you feel it is necessary. Please note that once personalised, items cannot be exchanged, and it is up to you to provide us with clear instructions. However, we will of course replace any items found faulty on arrival. Damages must be notified immediately, or within 2 working days of receipt. We cannot consider claims notified after this time.
