This shiny gold-tone star will be engraved with our Remembering / With Love message, and personalised with a name (Grandad in our example) up to 10 letters, in the font as shown. For a shorter name, we will make the letters bigger. The star can be hung from a Christmas tree by attaching your own ribbon to the ring.

In the unlikely event of lost or delayed items by Royal Mail, we will instigate a claim with them, and replace or refund your order IF the item is not found, however Royal Mail will not allow a claim until 3 weeks after the date of posting.
It may not be possible to deliver very heavy or fragile items to remote areas, including overseas, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders if necessary. Please note that we only send to UK.
