A Jade Glass Diamond Award Plaque mounted on a jade glass base, which will be engraved with your message up to 70 characters. A picture or logo can be added at additional cost. We will set out your message in the best way to fit the shape of the award (all centred).
Combined with specialist engraving, your Jade Diamond is a Presentation Piece to be proud of! A unique and treasured gift for Long Service, Retirement, Achievement, etc.
In addition to your message, we can add a picture from our Clipart Gallery (these are FREE) or your own logo (at additional cost). PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NEED GOOD QUALITY ARTWORK IN ORDER TO ENGRAVE YOUR LOGO. PLEASE EMAIL US A COPY BEFORE ORDERING IF NECESSARY.
IF REQUESTED, we will send a proof of the engraving by email. Please note that this may extend production/despatch time while we wait for your reply. Remember to check your emails (including spam folder) if you have requested a proof. You can enter any additional instructions about layout etc at the Checkout page.

Please note that we can only deliver to the UK.
On the Order Form you will have the option of choosing STANDARD or EXPRESS Delivery. Standard delivery items should arrive in around 6-8 working days, and Express within 3-4 working days.
In the unlikely event of lost or delayed items by Royal Mail, we will instigate a claim with them, and replace or refund your order IF the item is not found, however Royal Mail will not allow a claim until 3 weeks after the date of posting.
It may not be possible to deliver very heavy or fragile items to remote areas, including overseas, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders if necessary. Please note that we only send to UK.
We will contact you to confirm delivery details, before engraving and despatching, if necessary.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
If we are sending your gift directly to the recipient, for a small extra charge of £3.50 we can gift wrap your present, and add a handwritten gift card. Small items (jewellery etc) will be in a gift bag with gift card. (We won't include any invoice or receipt, of course). You can choose this option, and add gift card details, at Checkout. Please note that we are unable to gift wrap a few very large or bulky items, which will be mentioned on the item's description.
