Your Family Crest/Coat of Arms printed onto an A3 (420mm x 298mm) parchment, complete with the history of your surname, and 120 characters of YOUR OWN personalised text.
Our Heraldry database contains Crests, Coats of Arms, Histories and Family Mottos for thousands of family and clan names. However, PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE ORDERING to check that we have your name. We will print the earliest coat of arms associated with a bearer of your surname.
WE CAN ADD UP TO 120 CHARACTERS OF TEXT AS AN EXTRA PARAGRAPH AT THE END OF THE HISTORY - THIS CAN INCLUDE PERSONAL DETAILS OF YOUR FAMILY OR THE INTENDED RECIPIENT OF THE PARCHMENT.
Please note that the Watermark (shown on the example as a Tudor Rose) will vary depending on origin: English - Tudor Rose, Scottish - Thistle, Irish - Shamrock. The Watermark is optional and can be excluded if you prefer.
The surname history includes information (where known) such as the origin of the name, spelling variations, early movements of the name during the Middle Ages, first migrants to the New World, any notables of the name and any Australian convicts! Each print will include an individual certificate number and a gold seal of authenticity. Your own details, if added as a paragraph at the end, will make this a truly unique and personalised document.

Due to personalisation, we will post your item in 4-5 working days. Express Service (post within 3 working days) at an additional £2.95.
Please note that the Engraving Service/Production Time on our item descriptions refers to the time taken for us to engrave or produce the item before we post it - THIS IS NOT AN INDICATION OF WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE IT.
On the Order Form you will have the option of choosing STANDARD OR EXPRESS Engraving Service or Production Time. This refers to the time taken for us to engrave or print the item (Express orders are given priority and posted sooner than Standard).
You will also need to choose your Delivery/Postal Method when you go to Checkout. Standard UK Economy postage is ROYAL MAIL STANDARD POST for most items (or see item description). You should choose Secure (signed-for) if you need a more secure, tracked and quicker delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control by delivery services. Please note that Standard Royal Mail post is NOT a guaranteed delivery time by Royal Mail. In the unlikely event of lost or delayed items by Royal Mail, we will instigate a claim with them, and replace or refund your order IF the item is not found, however Royal Mail will not allow a claim until 3 weeks after the date of posting.
FREE UK DELIVERY on cart value over £50 applies to most UK mainland addresses, apart from remote areas where we may have to charge for delivery. The free delivery will be by Economy P+P (standard Royal Mail). If you choose Secure (Tracked or Courier), for orders over £50 we will discount the postage. This discount is updated after you have chosen your delivery method at Checkout.
It may not be possible to deliver very heavy or fragile items to remote areas, including overseas, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders if necessary. Please note that we only send to UK.
We will contact you to confirm delivery details, before engraving and despatching, if necessary.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
If we are sending your gift directly to the recipient, for a small extra charge of £3.50 we can gift wrap your present, and add a handwritten gift card. Small items (jewellery etc) will be in a gift bag with gift card. (We won't include any invoice or receipt, of course). You can choose this option, and add gift card details, at Checkout. Please note that we are unable to gift wrap a few very large or bulky items, which will be mentioned on the item's description.
