DESPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please note that Despatch Time (Engraving Service) on our item descriptions refers to the time taken for us to engrave the item - THIS IS NOT AN INDICATION OF WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE IT.
On the Order Form you will have the option of choosing STANDARD OR EXPRESS Engraving Service. This refers to the time taken for us to engrave the item (Express orders are given priority, engraved and posted sooner than Standard).
You will also need to choose your DELIVERY (POSTAL) METHOD when you go to Checkout. UK Economy postage is ROYAL MAIL STANDARD POST for most items (or see item description). You should choose SECURE (Signed-For) if you require a more secure, tracked and quicker delivery method. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control by delivery services. Please note that Standard Royal Mail Post is NOT a guaranteed delivery time by Royal Mail. In the unlikely event of lost or delayed items by Royal Mail Post, we will instigate a claim with Royal Mail, and replace or refund your order IF the item is not found, however Royal Mail will not allow a claim until 3 weeks after the item was posted.
FREE UK DELIVERY on cart value over £50.00 applies to most UK mainland addresses, apart from remote areas where we may have to charge for delivery. We also give a small discount against P+P charges (on orders over £50) when you choose Secure (Tracked or Courier), when this is not the standard delivery method for your items. This discount is updated after you have chosen the Delivery Method at Checkout.
It may not be possible to despatch very heavy or fragile items to remote areas, including overseas, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders if necessary.
We will contact you to confirm delivery details, before engraving and despatching, if necessary.
