DESPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please note that we can only deliver to UK.
On the Order Form you will have the option of choosing STANDARD OR EXPRESS Delivery. Standard delivery items should arrive in around 6-8 working days, and Express within 3-4 working days. In the unlikely event of lost or delayed items by Royal Mail Post, we will instigate a claim with Royal Mail, and replace or refund your order IF the item is not found, however Royal Mail will not allow a claim until 3 weeks after the item was posted.
It may not be possible to despatch very heavy or fragile items to remote areas, including overseas, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders if necessary.
We will contact you to confirm delivery details, before engraving and despatching, if necessary.
