PAYMENT:
For payments by credit card, the billing address provided must be the same as the address to which your card is registered. Cheque payments: please make payable to Avonway House Ltd.
Please note that we will not despatch goods until payment has been received (and until your cheque has cleared).
All items remain the property of Avonway House Ltd. until cleared payment is received.
YOUR CARD SECURITY:
We guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your card details are encrypted and are not accessible by anyone at Engraved Gifts Online. You will receive an automatic e-mail receipt and confirmation of your order once you complete payment.
PRICING AND VAT:
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
DESPATCH AND DELIVERY:
Estimated despatch time will be provided within the information on each product. Please note that most single products are sent by first class post, with larger orders sent by carrier.
RETURNS POLICY:
All items will be engraved to your instructions. Please enter details carefully! Please send us a separate email to confirm your instructions, if you feel it is necessary.
Please note that once personalised, items cannot be exchanged, and it is up to you to provide us with clear instructions. However, we will of course replace any items found faulty on arrival.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We take your privacy and the security of your personal information seriously. We will not pass your information to any other parties. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses.
OTHER:
While we take all possible care to reproduce and describe items accurately, in some cases slight variations of colour in actual goods may occur due to photographic limitations.
We reserve the right to photograph engraved items before despatch and use them for our marketing purposes. All images remain the property of Avonway House Ltd.
